A company that tells its customers they can add services and change the amount on your direct debits without your authorisation is not the type of company I want to do business with.

They have added a “dark web monitoring” service onto our existing account. They explained they emailed with a free trial that I needed to cancel or would incur a monthly charge. I never received the email so have been charged for months. I have disputed this and asked for a refund for a service Not asked for, not wanted and not authorised. Their customer service team are aggressive in their responses citing “our terms state we can add services to your contract and take what we want on direct debit - you signed it so that’s on you.

If this is how they need to do business to survive I am amazed they are still in business.

Their business ethos is disgraceful, their staff are trained to be bullies and their tactics are underhand at best. The fact a company like this exists amazes me.

Please do read up on their terms and conditions before signing anything or you will regret it.
