Have been with TTB for about 4 years and the network they use is good, no slowdowns. Only 1 fault which I had to contact Openreach CEO to get fixed as TTB were just batting me from pillar to post. Few billing problems also was being over charged and trying to get them to look at it is difficult but was eventually sorted and account was discounted for 1 month. Asked for a fibre upgrade was told it couldn't be done despite an email from Openreach saying it was available at my address and getting a leaflet from EE for full fibre. Recently they told me an 'opportunity' had arisen for full fibre but I had already ordered with PlusNet. To be honest I cant wait to get away from TTB as Sales never return your calls and it is difficult to understand Customer Services over the phone. Still an outstanding billing query at the moment. I am waiting for October so that I can transfer my landline to VOIP with A&A and pay the £125 termination fee.
