I originally started out on another ISP and got migrated to Cuckoo earlier in the year. The service has been broadly fine, although the Technicolor router that was supplied pre-Cuckoo sometimes seems to struggle with WiFi routing (not signal strength). I find myself having to swap between WiFi bands to get the data connectivity working again, which is odd. Suffice to say that I'd like a different router with this service.

Otherwise, the speed has been fine, support has been fine and my only other grumble is that sometimes video streams do still buffer even on a fast FTTP line. I put this down to Cuckoo maybe not having the best CDN or peering arrangements.
