I feel like this review is long overdue as I have been with uno on and off for 15+ years, back in the days when they were known as Xilo.
Why do I give uno 10 stars? Well like every ISP in the UK most customers have to use BT openreach’s network to connect to their ISP. When it comes to getting faults fixed that occur in BT openreach’s network, BT openreach are less than helpful.
What sets uno apart from other ISPs is when you call them there is no call wait time, the technical support staff on the other end of the phone are knowledgeable and won’t follow a script asking if you have rebooted your router and are seemingly available 24 hours a day via a support ticket system where they promptly get back to you. I don’t know when they sleep!
uno will continually fight BT Openreach to get your fault fixed for you and won’t be fobbed off by them.
When most other ISPs struggle to get your faults fixed uno will take the time to keep you updated on fault progress. I once had an hour long call with one of their technical support agents and at no time did I feel like I was a pain or a nuisance, they took the time to answer any and every question I had as well as keeping me thoroughly updated on the progress of getting the fault fixed.
I would rate them 100 stars if I could, great job uno.
