Mobile operator Vodafone UK has introduced a new Mobile Broadband package that also bundles in an ultra portable Samsung NC10 (usually around £290 inc. VAT) netbook computer. The package, which is based on a lengthy 24 month contract, costs either £25 per month for 1GB of monthly data usage or £30 for 3GB.

It's worth pointing out that the netbook isn't really "free" since a normal 24 month 3GB Mobile Broadband service by itself would set you back £15 per month, which is half the amount touted above. That means you'd be paying an extra £360 for a £290 netbook over 24 months.
