Customers who are thinking about taking one of two O2Mobile Laptop and Mobile Broadband bundles on a 24 month contract will be pleased to learn that O2 UK has removed the one-off signup fee. Prices go from £25 per month when the laptop / netbooks are taken with a Mobile Broadband usage allowance of 3GB (also includes a 500MB / 0.5GB Wi-Fi Hotspot allowance) and FREE USB Modem (Dongle).


We should point out that a shorter 18 month Mobile Broadband contract (3GB usage) with unlimited Wi-Fi and Modem, when taken by itself (no laptop), would cost £15 per month. O2 should probably use the word “included” instead of “FREE” to avoid confusion.
