FarrPoint Maps 4G Mobile Coverage Across Cheshire in England

Consultancy firm FarrPoint has today posted the results of a recent survey they conducted alongside the Connecting Cheshire (Digital Cheshire) partnership to measure 4G mobile (mobile broadband) coverage across the region’s “main transport routes” (i.e. motorways, A and B roads), which reveals a mixed picture of network reach.

The High Court (King’s Bench Divison) has once again blocked a questionable crowd-funded legal challenge by the Action Against 5G campaign, which had been attempting to disrupt the UK rollout of 5G (mobile broadband) over fears that the government was being “unlawful” in “failing to protect the public from the health risks from 5G.“

Full Fibre UK Broadband ISP Zzoomm Tops 10,000 Customers

Alternative network builder and UK ISP Zzoomm has today revealed that they’ve managed to grow their customer base to 10,000. The figure reflects about 10% of their 100,000 premises (Feb 2023 data) strong network coverage across 29 locations, which is up from 50,000 premises in July 2022.
