Mobile operator Three UK has this week discounted their 4G and future 5G based unlimited calls, texts and data (mobile broadband) SIM-Only plan for new customers to just £10 per month for the first 6 months of service (£20 thereafter). The catch is that you’ll have to take it alongside a long 24 month contract term.

Mobile operator and ISP Vodafone UK has a long “will they, won’t they” history when it comes to the idea of offering a TV (IPTV) service alongside their fixed home broadband and phone plans. Nevertheless they’ve now launched a new “Extra” tier that adds an Apple 4K TV (IPTV) set-top-box and a 1 year Apple TV+ subscription.

The Cyber Monday discounts on Virgin Media‘s bundles may be coming to an end but the ISP has today launched a new range of discounts across their standalone ultrafast broadband (100Mbps+) packages, which sharply reduce their monthly prices for the first 12 months of service and add free setup (normally £35).

Mobile operator and UK ISP Vodafone have launched a bunch of Black Friday offers this week, which among other things includes bundling in a ‘Google Nest Hub Max’ (usually c.£190) smart speaker device with their fixed line “superfast broadband” (FTTC) packages and discounting some of their mobile plans with Smartphones.

Rural full fibre ISP Gigaclear, which only very recently hiked their Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) broadband prices for new customers (here), will today introduce some big discounts on two of their top packages – 100Mbps and 300Mbps – that knocks £15 off the monthly price and makes activation free (saving £300 over the contract term).

New customers of EE’s fixed line home broadband and phone (ADSL, FTTC and G.fast) packages may like to know that the ISP has dropped their monthly prices in time for Black Friday, which reduces all of their upfront setup fees to free and knocks a few extra pounds off their previous best monthly rentals.

City focused FTTP/B broadband ISP Hyperoptic, which claims to cover more than 400,000 UK premises, has gone live with its Black Friday discounts for 2019. As part of that they’re offering no connection fees across all of their services (use promo code BF19 on orders) and those taking a 12 month term will get a giftcard worth £50 – £75.

UK ISP Onestream has today cut the price of their somewhat unique 17Mbps (1.5Mbps upload) FTTC based broadband and phone line rental package for Black Friday, which takes it from an already low point of £17.99 to just £13.99 per month on a 12 month contract term (£27.99 thereafter).

UK ISP BT has put their annual Black Friday broadband and TV discounts live, which include some extra discounts on a couple of their “fibre” (FTTC) packages, 6 months free Amazon Prime with TV (some of those also come with half price BTSport) and a sprinkling of Reward Cards (pre-paid MasterCard) worth up £125 on some packages.

Shropshire-based UK ISP Aquiss has today gone live with a Black Friday offer of their own, which makes their Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) based broadband packages half-price for the first 4 months of service. You also get free activation and there’s no requirement to take a phone service.

Strictly speaking UK ISP Plusnet already started their Black Friday discounts last week (here), although they perhaps saw what some of their rivals were doing and have now introduced further reductions on their two FTTC “fibre broadband” and phone plans. As before, these will run until 2nd December.

Energy provider and UK ISP SSE has today become the latest provider to drop their older copper ADSL broadband packages, while at the same time they’ve made their two “unlimited fibre” (FTTC) and phone bundles a little bit cheaper for new customers – just in time for the Black Friday sales event.

ISP Sky Broadband (Comcast) appears to be offering their Anytime UK calls add-on at no extra cost (usually +£10 extra per month) for the first 18 months of service, when new customers take out one of their ADSL (11Mbps), FTTC (59Mbps) or G.fast (145Mbps) based broadband and phone bundles (with or without TV).

Last week saw UK ISP TalkTalk discount the price of their 38Mbps (average peak time speed) “Faster Fibre” FTTC broadband and phone bundle to £21.95 and this week they’ve decided to do exactly the same with their “Superfast Fibre” 67Mbps package, which oddly makes them both the same price for the first 18 months of service.
