Sky (BSkyB), which has been busy migrating its broadband customers' email accounts onto the Google platform, has apparently hit a few problems with the process. Some customers have found themselves unable to access e-mail, while the move itself has been hampered by periods of downtime and confusion over the new settings.
Thankfully customers experiencing problems should be able to find a solution for their difficulties on the SkyUser website, which has posted an unofficial guide with solutions to various problems -
