The ISP and Video-on-Demand (VoD) operator, HomeChoice (Video Networks), has launched a brand new consumer website. It's hoped that the new design will make it easier for surfers to find the package they want:
The new http://www.HomeChoice.co.uk now features a sleek, stylish yet simple design that aims to make it easier for both potential and existing customers to navigate around the site and source the information they require. It has been designed and built entirely in-house by VNLs web, design and development teams.
Key developments include:
A new look and feel with text aggregated into content zones and a left hand menu to make navigation quick and simple
A white background to allow flexibility in the type of content placed on the site
A neutral framework to maximise the impact of the content through images and text
The introduction of the colour orange for interactive or clickable buttons to ease navigation and use
A consistent layout to ensure users are familiar with sections when browsing various types of content

Vicky Mitchell, Director of Marketing for Video Networks Ltd said: HomeChoice offers an extensive range of services within a variety of packages. One of the key challenges the company faces in marketing its products is communicating the sheer breadth of services available.
The new site has been designed to make it easier for customers to surf the site, choose the most appropriate package for them and make a fully informed purchasing decision.
Were delighted that the site reflects the entire ethos of the company which of course to allow our customers to choose what they want, when they want and to demand more!
The second phase of the websites re-design will follow later in the year. It will build on the improvements to the customer experience completed in phase one by focusing on enhancing the websites e-commerce platform.
