We've just uploaded a new poll, which asks: "Has your ISP's support quality improved over the past year?". We had hoped to get our new survey system in place before uploading another, but it's taking longer than expected to get it doing what we want. Results from the previous one can be found below:


Impressively just under 6% of people didn’t know what the question was referring too, suggesting that those passing through ISPr are more clued up than we expected. Elsewhere the gap between people finding their ISP’s informative on usage restrictions and those that don’t is almost split down the middle, yet the “No’s” have it by a lead of 10%.

Clearly this isn’t acceptable and far too many providers are not doing enough to community their restrictions. Pointing to vague Fair Usage policies or brief lines in a T&C simply doesn’t cut it. Sadly this allows providers the ability to continue an illusion of offering more than they actually do, something many feel to be misleading.
