BT Vision (IPTV) Makes Free BBC & C4 Content Commercial

Customers of BT's broadband Internet TV (IPTV) service, BT Vision, will now have to pay an extra £3 per month for a 'TV Replay Pack' if they want to view video on demand content from the BBC or Channel4, reports DigitalSpy:
Hmmm.. pay £3 per month for content we can already receive for free? I think we know which option most people would choose.
"Although customers have been able to view them for free so far, due to technical issues, BT Vision has never highlighted this benefit in its marketing materials," BT said.
"Customers are, of course, able to watch BBC shows for free on their laptop or PC in lesser quality on the BBC iPlayer, in the usual way."
