The City of London police (CID) reportedly questioned BT during the week (Tuesday) as part of their investigation into the providers secret 2006 and 2007 Phorm trials (original news). The news confirms an earlier NoDPI report, which predicted that BT would "be questioned in early September."

The Register notes that police were understandably unable to provide any further information about the meeting, although a decision will soon be made concerning whether or not to open a formal investigation:
