eHotspot Service Website Vanishes?

Posted: 17th Aug, 2004 By: MarkJ
UPDATE: It would appear as if there are two sites (eHotspot.co.uk and eHotspots.co.uk). eHotspot is still up and running. eHotspots, the provider that recently (mid-July) announced a big rural broadband deal with satellite ISP Aramiska, has vanished. Today anybody trying to access their website will simply be greeted by "Site suspended until I get paid for it.......".

The ominous message suggests that whoever manages the site/service may not have been paid for it, a quite unusual and somewhat embarrassing situation for eHotspot. On the other hand it could simply have been hacked, either way we don't know.
