DigitalSpy has published a roundup of the changes that subscribers can (possibly) expect from NTL during May 2003:
Internet
The 128kbps internet service will become £17.99 per month from May 1st, up from £14.99. However, the downstream speed of the service also increases to 150kbps. All other internet access services provided by the cable operator remain unchanged.
With broadband becoming one of cable's most successful offerings, it is unsurprising that ntl is seeking to boost revenue especially at the entry-level. The speed boost to 150kbps should make the price increase a little less controversial.
