Once again UK ISP
Vispa Internet has announced an increase in its capacity, specifically for the UClite and UCStandard unmetered dialup packages.
Vispa claims to be adding more than 750 new customers to its service each week:
Vispa expands capacity
Due to the highly popular entrance of Vispa's new UCLite package in July, priced at just £7.99, along with the continued 7 day Free Trial on the UCStandard package, Vispa has seen continued growth of its user base, adding at present in excess of 750 new customers each week, most signing up based on simple 'word of mouth' recommendations.
In response Vispa has released yet more capacity to UClite and UCStandard packages to ensure that the quality of these services remains well ahead of requirements. Likewise as Vispa's customer base is split 65% Business and 35% Residential, they have a huge amount of evening Residential capacity available to potential new users, ensuring engage tones (if any) will not be down to Vispa.
Martin Pitt, Vispa's Managing Director comments "This really is an exciting time for Vispa. The encouragement that we get as we approach our 5th birthday is superb. The level of trust and warm comments I hear each day towards all members of the team really is pleasing; the future really looks very rosy indeed".
Martin continues "If I was to be honest, without a doubt the quality of customer service we offer puts us ahead of the field. I simply can't see many coming close. The visions we drew up back in 1997/1998 are still within the heart of the company, followed like a bible, and we have no intention of changing. Honest, Personal and Tailored"
To review the consumer offerings:
UCLite @ £7.99 per month, for 75 hours monthly usage
UCStandard @ £14.95 per month, for 150 hours monthly usage. This also includes a 7 day free 'Try before you Buy' introduction.
