New ISP Review Survey (Poll)

We've just replaced our current survey (poll) with a new one asking how much you think would be fair to pay for a 2Mbps broadband connection. Results from the previous poll follow:
What aspect of your ISP are you MOST happy with?
Reliability - 32.7%
Speed - 29.4%
Cost - 28.2%
Support - 5.8%
Services - 3.5%
Total Votes = 668
Unsurprisingly reliability, speed and cost dominate the outcome. It's interesting to see support so low in the field, although the nature of the survey doesn't mean the outcome reflects bad support so much as it being of less importance overall.
Typically services, which usually include web-space and other content aspects, have never been high on the list for ISP customers. Access quality and cost is clearly what it's all about.
