Support is very good, both via phone and via the customer forums.

Price is higher than a lot of other isp\'s - but it\'s defintely a case of getting what you pay for, I am quite happy paying a bit extra for this level of service and support.

Various options are available with generous usage caps - and as it\'s only a monthly contract - changing option is no real problem.

Through the forums they seem open to new ideas and are willing to look at ways of improving things - not that much needs changing imo.

Overall I am very pleased with Aquiss and would reccomend them to anyone looking for a good and stable isp.

I know its frowned upon to give an isp perfect 10\'s but ive had 0 issues since i migrated just over a week ago, the migration date was spot on however this is i believe determined by BT (the less said the better about them nudge nudge etc)

1) service, i called them before i migrated, they were prompt and friendly no BS

2) Support, in all honesty ive had no issues but ive seen them help many users on the forum

3) Speed, as fast as it should be! no traffic shaping or port throttling at all

4) Cost, its not cheap, but why give it 10 stars then? for exactly that reason, you get what you pay for!

No gimmicks, No exaggerations, No lies. These guys can teach the industry a thing or two and they are one of the newest. Support is unbelievable - everything done immediately or even quicker when possible. Migration was seamless and they even set my emails up while I was waiting for completion. When the extra pipe comes online next month this will be the nearest you can get to internet perfection

with the huge offpeak allowance this is the closest I\'ve seen to a real unmetered ISP.

I was hooked up at least a day early and so far after a week or two the connection has been stable and speedy at all times.

Highly recommended.

I moved to this provider from Zen, I wasn\'t unhappy with Zen just had the feeling I was missing out on something when I heard all the reviews and saw the comunity spirit on their forum.
So far I have found them better thans zen in almost everything and am happy with my move. I think I maybe expected too much from support - especially at a time when so many newbies are migrating there. every other aspect has exceded my expectations. Well done to aquiss and long may it continue.

Uses the Entanet network, over subscribed and poor service at the moment. A new pipe is due to come on line at the end of the year which will improve things.

Edited to reflect the continued downward spiral. Since last week the serviced has got even worse, support have a somewhat arrogant attitude and close threads in their private forum that try to discuss the speed/ping problems.

Time to move on.

I migrated from Force9 to aquiss on 07/11/06 because of traffic management.
Aquiss gives me the maximum download 24 hours a day,every day.
Weekends are counted as off peak.
Couple this with excellent customer support and services and you have an isp that will be hard to beat.
Just under ?3 per week dearer than Force9 but my package comes with a 20:1 contention and I feel it\'s worth every penny of it.
Anyone with any doubts should go and read the forums of this \"happy family\".

I was with AOL for years until they told me my line would only support 1 meg,
BT checked the line and found no faults .
Contacted Aquiss and was told to expect around 5.5 to 6 megs , now it has stabilised it never drops below 6 meg and hits 7 meg at times.

Not the cheapest ISP around but their commitment to service outweighs that greatly. They provide customer service way beyond what you could expect and from my experience their operatives treat you as though your their only concern rather than just another customer.
