I used Aquiss for almost an year, from January to November 2008. It is amazing that I never had any technical problem with that ISP at all. Speed was always high, no dropouts and very low latency that allowed me to play online without issues.
Eventually I left Aquiss after they sent me an e-mail about dowloading p2p stuff. I felt like they were watching me about what I was downloading.
My next ISP, Be Broadband, was the ultimate nightmare in comparison, which deserves it's own review.
After I cancelled Be, I considered coming back to Aquiss, but I didn't because one very special reason. When their lines are busy, they simply say: "our lines are extremly busy at the moment, please try again later" so you have to keep wasting your time trying, instead of being placed in a queue. I consider this an unacceptable practice.
If you a lucky to have your setup right from the begining, you will have a very good experience with Aquiss. But when you ever need technical support, it can be very frustrating.
