I recently left Aquiss, not because it was a bad ISP, because my pension (thanks Gordon Brown) doesn\'t allow me the best of everything. Aquiss are good, and I\'ve been with them all over the years. If you\'re happy with the price of Aquiss services, go with them, you won\'t be disappointed.
I haven\'t had to use their support, but I got my MAC code within a couple of hours where it took Pipex a couple of months.

They are slightly pricey, the portal is a little amateurish and it\'s not always the fastest, but connectivity is excellent and the support really is superb.

Support is spot on. You actually feel that they want to help you.

I have been with this company for almost 6 months and joined them after reading many good reviews on this site.
They had more votes (positive ones) than the other ISP\'s I was concidering and deservedly so.
Very happy with them especially the support team and the help and advice available on their forum.

This ISP is Second To None.

Services 10/10 - Finally a company that gives realistic options for internet users, including the uncapped product I am on now.

Support 10/10 - Second to none. Everything I have asked of them has been answered/solved same day.

Speed 10/10 - On the same 8mb DSL MAX I was using with previous supplier but now have much higher speeds.

Cost 10/10 - I believe in you get what you pay for. Other people are (supposedley) paying nothing for broadband but then they often getting nothing. The prices are in line with the level of service you get, which you will find hard to get elsewhere.

The best ISP I\'ve ever been with period (and I\'ve been with quite a few). They are also the cheapest of all the Entanet resellers for the package I\'m on (Office Max 90).

I have been with Aquiss for several months now after moving from AOL. I have found them to be excellent,very reliable, Have needed to use the support very little. But they are very helpful if you call them and know what they are talking about - unlike some other companies that don\'t and just read from a script. Pricewise they are a little expensive compared to some others - but I would rather pay the extra and get something that works well. Another plus is the month to month contract.

Aquiss is the best isp i have ever used, new centrals come online as and when needed so speeds are fantastic and as for support its faultless you get replys to your emails within minutes not days and they will do all the can to resolve your problems as quickly as possible even though BT make that a hard thing to do sometimes.

Here\'s the thing about Aquiss.
They offer a huge chunk of download allowance (330GB for ?32) in off peak times, making their 8mb package very attractive.
Until recently i was very happy with the service and would average about 6mb downloads.
Unfortunately now, for the last month, my downloads have been capped to 2mb in the off peak period (i.e. the only time you download because thats when your allowance applies).
When questioned on this in their own forum, on why they were suddenly capping (traffic shaping) Aquiss said that QUOTE: \"there is no port throttling going on AS FAR AS WE KNOW\"
Well if they don\'t know - who does!!
