Title: Top ISP
Truly the best ISP I have ever come across.Pleasant people on the telephone, talked me through set-up when I installed a new computer and modem/router and even phoned me back (!!!) to assist with the setting up of a new email account.I used the wrong email address and they spotted it straight away and I was able to correct my messages.RECOMMENDED.

Been with Aquiss almost since it started about a year ago and it\\\'s been almost perfect - price may be an issue to some but pay a little extra and you get an efficient, well run ISP that will help you get the most out of your connection.
Add outstanding customer support and a vibrant community in the user forums and you really do get a very good package.

Been with Aquiss 7 weeks and absolutely delighted! Support is first rate and well worth the small extra cost. Speed maxes out most times of the day & their forums are a great added bonus. A small minority have speed issues and blame Aquiss, failing to take into account the well publicised load balancing problems of the parent provider, due to be sorted next month with the addition of a third 622. This vocal minority appear to be responsible for the grossly distorted picture of Aquiss painted in some recent reviews which are more a reflection of the reviewer than of the ISP. I have no hesitation in recommending Aquiss to anyone.

I migrated from Eclipse to Aquiss after Eclipse started throttling all their connections to the point that I was considering buying a router and adding a dial-up modem to double my speed.

Once I finally got my MAC code, I migrated to Aquiss, and have been enjoying amazing speeds ever since. (Last night I watched a news binary d/l come from Newshosting (in the US) as 819KB/sec!

Aquiss have active forums where their customer support people apparently live 24/7. Some customers have been complaining recently about speed issues. I have had few issues.

I\'ve been with Aquiss for 2 weeks - so it is early days - but I have been very impressed. It works and works well. Best thing is customer support are very responsive, they also contribute regularly to their support forums.

With my previous ISP, if I had for example a speed/performance issue, I would get the \"runaround\" - a standard reply with a list of things to do. With Aquiss even if there is a minor reduction in speed the staff investigate.

And the reason I said service with a smile is they are very friendly and human.

This is my first home ADSL provider but I have a fair amount of experience with business and other user's broadband working in the I.T. sector.

Suffice to say I am very impressed with Aquiss. Personally I have had no problems with the speed of the service. I have very fast download speeds, I usually have around 15-25 ping in Counter-Strike, Xbox Live is excellent (Due to the excellent upload speed) and it is an all round stable, fast connection.

As other reviewers have mentioned you get what you pay for, ultimately the choice is with you on if you need 'extras' such as a members area and included hardware (Which are usually sub-standard
