Unbelievable company … started off okay then few weeks in my Wi-Fi is now useless, and be called them so many times n just keep getting fobbed off saying I need to read a leaflet regarding Wi-Fi… I can’t get Wi-Fi upstairs my tv struggles with Wi-Fi and it’s only 4 metres away … so purchased Ethernet cable thinking it was my end issue … nope made no difference, company I was with before was fresh fibre n they were exactly the same … turns out they both share the same line , I’m going to take them to court as I’m not standing to be conned month after month n they not interested in sorting anything … I’m supposed to be on 900mbps….im on 77😱

Installation process was fine and switchover was relatively trouble-free. Then there's and issue and BeFibre repeatedly let themselves down.
Speed to router fine, router to devices further than five meters from router are dire. I mean worse that the previous non-fibre supplier.
What's most shocking is there have been numerous emails, contact reports, requests for action and BeFibre are just silent. Try and get hold of them if you have an issue! Weeks and weeks of silence so l now consider contract terminated so DD stops next. The communication about that happening did illicit a response after a few days.. " wireless speeds aren't guaranteed, would you like a trouble-shooting guide?" I know they're not guaranteed but 500mbps at router and ~0-23mbps upstairs???? Utterly useless
The product and support are effectively non-functioning: (

Had significant issues with install but once it was finally installed and working then the speed was great. But then it stopped working. This is where I discovered that their support is not up to scratch. Having come from the ISP with the highest rated support it's a stark contrast. The support staff do not know what is going on and have no access to the network information which belongs to their sister company Digital Infrastructure. So completely in the dark. Their support hours are short compared to others. They never phone you back even when they 'promise' to. So without internet and no expectation set as to when I can expect it back - can't even get a time for when the engineer is going to visit.

Initally started ok, early installation before scheduled, but problems arose after service went live.
No access to any UK streaming apps due to the supplied dynamic IP being flagged as non uk, also time on the router was running at 5/6 hours behind. The supplied router was an adtran made the plusnet hub 1 look space age. Regular drop outs despite the router lights staying green yet no connections.
Non uk flagged IP addresses regularly made an appearance with promises they had been "fixed", yet still got the day 1 IP about 12 months later lol their solution a static IP
November '23 frequent drops in service, not able to watch streaming services, constant buffering, all at peak times, between 4-10pm,all this culminated on 3rd December when speeds dropped to under 50Mbps for the whole day, heavy packet loss, little chance of doing much at all with it, this was a nationwide issue. Befibre excused themselves by saying it was "the internet" as a whole that had the problem, but then made a rushed equipment upgrade, early hours of 5th Dec, with things closer to normal.
Support are close to non existant, to date only one person has made the effort, Simon.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone, full of excuses, it's always someone elses fault, they need to invest in the upgrades before adding to the customer base.
No forward thinking or planning, just get more customers

From signing up to having the broadband took 1 week. The engineers turned up on the date selected, installed the line, speed tested it and showed me how it works. Went from 20Mbps to nearly 500Mbps by switching to BeFibre.

Testing against Cloudflare speed test (speed.cloudflare.com) I get 458Mbps down, 326Mpbs up, 12ms latency, 2.37ms latency.
