Having had my Business Broadband with FastNet for a number of years I have never had a problem until last week. Now I know why I chose them over some slightly cheaper options that are available. When I phoned in a human picked up the phone and asked me who I would like to speak with. I was then passed directly to the technical team who ran some diagnostics whilst I was on the phone. The techie that I spoke to knew what he was talking about and it was clear that instead of following a script he was acting on his own knowledge. It was so refreshing to experience this interaction as opposed to being shifted through a million automated options. When my case was opened it was dealt with promptly and I was kept up to date throughout. The service they provide is absolutely invaluable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
