Been with IDNet sometime now and it just works, yes have had some problems but all resolved very quickly.
Would thoroughly recommend you give them a try if you are looking to change ISP's.

First Class all the way.

I am on a long line from my exchange so have a fixed speed line, but again just nice to know someone with knowledge is at the end of the phone be it PC or MAC.

0800 help number answered quickly by someone who gets it sorted! What a novel approach.
1 month contract because you'll be happy to stay.
I just dont understand the thinking of people who go for the cheapest option and then moan that they're rubbish.
And if I add what my time is worth hanging on the phone to one of those cheaper ISP's to sort their mess out then they actually cost more!
I've been with IDNET for a couple of years and have NEVER had a problem!
I would have given them 10/10 for support if they gave complimentary massages.

Idnet simply works; no throttling, no congestion, no problems.
Theoretically there is no support outside weekday office hours, but that is not what happens. Send an email or leave a message on their 0800 support number out of hours and you invariably get a response before the office re-opens. More than that, support is from someone with a real name, someone you can ask for again, someone who will actually phone you back. Someone who is not a script kiddie, someone who is prepared to deal with your problem at your own technical level. The price makes sure that 200Gb a month downloaders go elsewhere.

I have been with them for a month now and I have just cancelled today. Don\'t go with them at any circumstances. There is no customer support after 5pm and on Saturdays and Sundays. Other companies will give better price and with tech support 24/7.

Having now been with IDNet for 6 months I have to say I\'ve found the quality of their service unequalled. UK-based knowledgeable support is available by phone, within a few rings, during working hours and usually by email evenings and weekends. Support is also available from experts on their own forum pretty much 24/7. Speed and reliability is excellent. Although they are relatively expensive I\'ve scored them 10 for value as well, because I believe the peace of mind they provide is worth every penny.

After trying the dire Orange & BTInternet this is a different league. People on the other end of the phone know what they\'re talking about, go out of their way to help & no waiting. Plus you are not tied into a long contract. I\'m very pleased.

i left zen because 20gb just wasnt quite enough for me, with my budget of 25pounds i tried idnet , and can say the service is very very good, support is second to none,no wait whatsoever, very polite and you speak to somebody who knows their stuff , speed is always there, for your money you get 30gb completely unthrottled every month and uploads dont count against usage, perfect for the emule brigade.

After going from BT to F2S to TOUCAN to IDNET I can certainly say that not all ISP\'s are the same. Toucan, dont touch with a barge pole, F2S & IDNET are the best I have used.

IDNET, real people, fantastic service, no frills just says as it does on the tin (tinternet).

Easy migration and 1 month contract and they even send beautiful emails to tell you when your limit is near and a telephone call too when I was on the verge.

There are cheaper and there are services with phones attached but for pure WWW access theyre great.

10 out of 10.

I joined IDnet from Tiscali, at first, there was problems with migrations, this was caused by BT and not IDnet, IDnet support was helpful throughout the problems. With Tiscali i was lucky to get over 1mb, With IDnet i\'m getting over 5mb 24/7.
