Honestly, switching to Olilo has been a complete breath of fresh air. The broadband itself is absolutely solid, but the customer service has been a total eye-opener for me. You get so used to standard providers taking days to reply, but seeing a response within a few minutes (or sometimes even seconds) is still mental to me.

A big shoutout to Aydan especially!! He's been incredibly helpful, super quick to reply, and just a genuinely nice guy to deal with. It’s so rare to find a provider that actually treats you like a human and gets back to you in minutes. Honestly an amazing experience all round, I seriously couldn't rate the team here any higher (and I'm definitely looking forward to upgrading to that 1.6Gbps as soon as it becomes available)!

I joined Olilo in its initial stage, I didn’t even consider another ISP as soon as I saw CityFibre was live at my address.
In fact, Aydan ordered service *minutes* after my address was ready for service… any other ISP could never.

I’ve never had any issues (like genuinely, nothing) from the minute my service went live, the only Olilo downtime was around 15 seconds when I switched from PPPoE to DHCP many months ago.

The support is second to NONE, not only from the Olilo team but the Discord community too. Tickets are basically DMs, imagine not being on hold and actually speaking to someone who knows what you’re talking about 🤯

Nerdy? Considering BGP? Want to show off 2.3Gbps? Have a weird network setup? Want to be taken seriously when you complain about a 2ms ping increase? 30 day contracts? L2TP to keep your IPs on your backup connection?

I've been with the ISP for a couple months now and I have to say that I'm very impressed with the service. Support is fantastic, not a script in sight and no "have you turned it off and on again". Since I've been with them, my service already dropped in price which i did not anticipate at all and very pleased that they're passing thru savings.

Absolute solace from the moment I joined the guys at Olilo, a community with a passion for technology amongst other things, filled with knowledgable and informative people. First class support for those who love a quick response to any issues they may be facing and usually quickly resolved. Been with them over a year now and the only issue I have faced was needing a CityFibre box moved outside as my stepfather decided he wanted to build a pond, they had an engineer out the next day and was quickly sorted. Enjoying being apart of their continued growth.

Currently unable to get FTTP and I needed some static IPs for hosting and whitelisting purposes, due to TalkTalk not offering a static IP, on my VDSL service.

Olilo was able to provide me with static IPs over a L2TP tunnel that works flawlessly, managed to max out my little VDSL internet connection and with little to no difference in the added latency the L2TP is adding, talking less than 1 millisecond.

Will be looking to taking out the Openreach FTTP product once it becomes available in my area and my TalkTalk contract is up!

Great option for those needing static IPs with no silly data caps. Full RDNS control to boot!

I joined olilo when they were just starting out as I wanted a 2nd line, and they have been great through the entire just under 1 year I've been with them. Support is fantastic and prompt. And communication is top level. Will continue to recommend them to friends & family
