Save9 have consistently offered very practical and cost effective solutions as our rural internet needs have developed over the years. One of the most impressive aspects of Save9 however is their exceptional customer service. Problems are dealt with with high priority even out-of-hours and with great dedication, the impression is that there is always someone available online or at the end of a phone who can resolve the issue. A recent example was when a power cut knocked-out our connection and we needed to be back online at a certain time, friendly dedicated support worked tirelessly to get us back, even on a Saturday afternoon.


Superb service!

We switched from BT to Save9 about 18 months ago and have not regretted it. We live at a fairly remote rural property that is never going to be connected to fibre, so to get a decent broadband speed, our options were very limited - basically it was Save9's wireless system or satellite.

Save9 was the right choice. We get a really fast speed, which at the moment is far above their contracted spec, and no data limits, for a very competitive price. More than that, Steve and his team provide really excellent customer service. They supplied and installed router and access points to give us wireless signal throughout the property, and this has worked faultlessly. After a few teething problems with the signal in the early days, which they responded to quickly, the B/B signal has proved to be very reliable.

Excellent service from Steve and the crew at Scarborough. Getting the signal to the property proved difficult due to the geography, but with the cooperation of a friendly neighbour who allowed us to relay the signal from his house to ours, it is all working fine. Next door neighbour has also got a signal by the same method. At the time of installation the Beast from the East was doing its best to make life very difficult but we got there in the end, and are now enjoying speed of up to 20+ times faster than before with BT. We are now able to enjoy catch-up TV which was not possible before, and my wife’s work which involves being on the computer, is so much quicker and easier. Excellent result all round!
