Have used the service for over two months now, and the speed is faster than my previous ISP reaching on average 4.5-5 megabytes.

Support is very good.

Been with Xilo for a couple of months on their 'Pro 16 home' service, which is via Cable & Wireless's LLU network.

The connection is very good. Speeds are great at all times. Xilo customer service is excellent (you won't find better). The price of £17.61/month is also pretty amazing for a totally unlimited, un-throttled connection

Xilo is the best ISP I've been with in 10+ years of been on the internet.

happy with price and service,never slows or goes off which is more than can be said for previous ISP Aquiss, sadly i have now moved to Sky broadband and just as good.

Only been with Xilo for 2-3 weeks now but top notch in every aspect so far. Pings avg of 12-14 and the fastest connection Ive had from any Isp yet (5mb downloading at 500-550k/s) on my line which Bt only rates at 3mb and all other Isps have maxed out at 4mb - Im out in the country and 2miles from exchange. No blocking or traffic shaping either, very happy so far.

Since the 10 day stabilisation period is over lines not dropped once and has been up for 136 hours now and counting.

Also its work mentioning that its unlimited download allowance offpeak on a normal line or 24/7 unmetered if you can get an LLu line at your exchange.

The control panel / account management is great and you can adjust your package online aswell as seeing uptodate information of your usage aswell as options to turn interleaving on / off (Ive left mine on auto so far and still got great pings ). Also theres even a request mac code button which is nice to see, lets just hope I dont need it :)

Prior to this I was with Titan for 2 years but since they switch from entanet>vispa their service went to pot, packetloss & traffic shaping on downloading aswell as never answering the phone anymore. So glad I moved cus this is just A* so far :)

Well as seems to be the pattern with most ISPs, they do excellent work to get to the tops of the charts and then presumably have more business than they can cope with and plummet into the depths.

I have already seem it with Nildram, then Titan and now Xilo seem to be en route. What started as a highly responsive customer service now takes 4 day to look at the most obvious problem and does nothing about it. The more difficult problems are just deleted off the system when they get old enough.

Maybe it about time to choose an already appalling ISP on the grounds that they could get better ?

I seem to be getting consistent downloads at my IP profile rate thoughout
the day and during peak periods; so at present I am happy.
Somewhat better than the 200kbps download speeds I was getting during peak
periods with O2 prior to migrating to yourselves.

Excellent broadband, order process was quick and efficient, connection is fast and stable with low latency.

Very impressed and happy to recommend.

Have just moved a few days ago to Xilo after leaving O2 (BeUnlimited) disappointed. I am on ADSL and not an unbunbled exchange, living a good few miles from the exchange.

My previous ISPs (O2 and demon) where giving me a download speed on around 2-3 MB.

After moving to Xilo on a home business package (a few £ a month more than home), i have been getting 4-4.5 MB download and 0.7 MB upload (twice home server on business).

Definatly worth the £25 i pay now, instead of the £17 i used to pay for old ISP's and the bandwidth is much higher overall (same day time but night time is 200 gig).

After years of suffering years with the bad servicefrom Orange broadband the last straw was trying to get my Orange Iphone to connect the Orange livebox without success.Orange technical support were useless so i decided to look for another ISP. I came across ISP review and decided after reading reviews to go with XILO.
I now have an excellent connection and the xilo
customer services were first rate.

Excellent product and price (LLU Pro 16 Home). Couldn't want for better staff to deal with. Informative, honest, considerate and well organised. Very pleased with this ISP.
