Been with Zzoomm since March 2024. I had some problems at first with slow download speeds in the evenings. Zzoomm have now fixed the network back haul and I'm now getting full speeds 24/7 and very happy with the service.

Title: Works well
I joined Zzoomm in June 2023, mainly because they gave me a good offer. As soon as they got here, they were out of the van and up the pole to put the fibre across, the installation was quick, which surprised me and the two people doing the installation were friendly and efficient.

While for a couple of months or so at the start they had teething problems, with slowdowns, mainly due to a main fibre cable being cut and no back up, so everything had to go through a single line, which slowed things down at peak times. That was the main problem, but sorted in a couple of days or so, and a couple of other minor problems.

But for the last 6 months or so it has been prefect, speed is over the 500Mb/s I am supposed to get, both up and down. They did have an update a couple of days ago early morning which knocked the internet off for a bit, from when I wrote this, but we were told about it.

Customer service could be better, but then that is the same for many internet providers, also they could have a better router. The newer one works ok, but better off getting your own.

I did not really want to go to full fibre, had no interest in it, but here I am, and I think ZZoomm is doing a good job, the service they are giving me is great.

I would recomend them if you can get Zzoomm then do so.

One of the worst ISP providers out there, Placed an order and never heard about them at all.

Online websites are very limited with lots of promises but no delivery at all. The speed promised on websites is a lie as well.

Stay clear of them.

Signed up last week and called up as online dates were giving July as earliest install but the had a cancellation so meant they could install the next morning.

Next morning two vans turned up and they got to work quickly with two people doing the inside install while others dug the trench. After about 30 mins work they were ready to blow the fibre and then after some checks the service was ready.

Very helpful staff who not only explained everything they also took photos before and after and pdf was emailed before they left so I have my own copy.

The Icotera router they provide is big but after they left I unplugged and put my Orbi RBK852 in and have been extremely happy since install. No down time at all and every speed test is always above 450Mbps for both download & upload.

Only downside is no IPv6 and a static IPv4 is £10pm.

Highly recommend based on 1 weeks service.
