Title: Terrible
I've got the Virgin Media XL package including telephone broadband and TV... with the phone line being the only one without constant problems and difficulties, possibly because they charge so much to call them. Either way for the amount i am paying for the service, their support sucks. However, i will say that when it is working the speed is pretty good.
