I been using Zen for few years now, so far it's been good. not a single downtime full speed access etc.

Now they given me Native ipv6 which works really well too.

I haven't called them for any thing yet so dont know their customer services are now days. If they keep the services running like this I dont need to call them.

So far it's been really good

I have get them to install with a new line for my home office, every thing went like a clock work connected the router AAISP provided all worked really well.

I used many ISPs. this is a 1st time some thing worked this efficiently. usually with other isps I have to call their support or isp provisioning team etc to get all going.

I had a non urgent issue with IPV6 so I have email their support. their Duty Manager initials S.K (not sure I should post his name or not) but he taken that request and went above and beyond to sort this out. their is noting wrong with the connection. still accommodate my request to get that resolved.

I know they are slightly more expensive than run of the mill mass market isp but level of service you get is amazing. latency is very good so every thing feel faster. even tho I only have a 40:10 connection.

when the line go down I get text and email and I can change that what time I need what etc. their control panel is amazing too.

for now their 100gig basic limit is ok but wish they increase that limit to 200gig with out charging another £10. level of service I get I dont mind paying for now :-)
