Title: Appalling
Problems with their billing system left us without even a telephone landline for several weeks. Took what seemed like forever to get them to release our line so we could sign up with a company that could actually provide a service.
Doorstep salesman called recently touting for business and was sent packing immediately!

Title: Good Service
Been with O2 for a few years now - switched after nightmares with TalkTalk. Very happy - consistent, never any problems. In-laws also switched over, and found them very helpful when they moved house, too.
