I was installed on 19th June 2025. The installers left just after lunch and by Tea Time the connection was down.
I tried contacting Fusion Fibre and was promised a call back which never came so I rang the next morning and eventually they sent someone out to replace the "New" ONT.
I was told that I would receive the first bill by email or I could see it on the portal.
They sent me log on details to the portal but I can never log on, it sends me a six digit code, or so it says.
I have had no access to the portal from day one.
I have contacted them four times now and still no bill or access to the billing portal.
I was told by Liam that my installation wasn't confirmed until 1st August so I wouldn't have to pay for that period. 19-06 thru 01-07.
Yesterday I phoned again and have now been told they don't have a portal and by the way I am two months in arrears. Really?
The fact that Fusion Fibre haven't responded to any of my follow up emails speaks volumes.
I am cancelling because of this. Very unhappy.
