So the headline speeds are pretty close to advertised and I have had zero downtime, occasionally I do get DNS or some form of routing issues where website take an age to load and requires swapping DNS servers to get glowing again, swapping back an hour or so later.

YouFibre also have far too many Routers they use and I am sure this does not help support.

The web chat never (for me at least) ever gets an agent and sending in an email you gets boiler plate responses.

Ok, so this is not a broadband review but read on...

Came to the end of my BT FTTP contract but moving soon and unfortunately AAISP’s charges would have been too high to use them for broadband but I could use them for voice.

On the day my broadband switched to another provider they managed to extract my FTTP BT line which is technically VoIP and migrate it by 10am. Not only did they provide fantastic presale service but on the day they telephjn3d me to make sure my line was working... never, ever had that in my lifetime. So when the time comes there will be no hesitation in using them for broadband. Luckily with VoIP it’s just a case of plugging in my Gigaset base into a router, literally anywhere.

First off don’t expect anyone to reply to your emails or messages, beyond that if you telephone you get through to someone (20mins wait for tech support as April 2021) who is very knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

The Zen supplied Fritz! Router is probably a single very good reason alone for using Zen, this bit of kit does everything, work 100% and reliable.

I migrated to Zen from BT, saving £15 a month for same service, have slightly better ping times, a DNS server that works and a router which allows you to change all the settings.
