I've been with Virgin Media for over 7 years.
In all that time I have not had a problem.
Technical supprot when I needed it (not needed it much).
Speed always what I pay for (currently I am on the Gig1 service and get 1Gbps).
Allways online - yeah - that too.
Pricing is high - but you get what you pay for.
Time With Provider: 10 Years
