I have fought over the phone with this excuse for a company for five months over there continual failure to give me what i have been paying for. Continually they would argue that my line couldnt carry any faster speed. This was a deliberate lie. Then they came up with the idea that they could give me super fast fibre optic for approx the same price. Two weeks later they send the BT engineer to install the open reach modem and router set it all up on my computer and guess what.. It didnt work, BT engineer was baffled. He spent almost an hour on phone to BT and TalkTalk and then told problem was with TalkTalk and they would be in touch within the hour and guess what they never did. Back on the phone to them again continually going around and circles i made 6 complaints over period of almost 2 weeks. In the end i had to stop direct debit payment and threaten them with Ofcom before their Ceo office in Southampton rang me. Unfortunetly this was too little too late. After arguing with them from mid February to mid May I very politely told them what they can do with their joke for an ISP. I hope someone from TalkTalk reads this review, to them i say when you treat people like that some of us will bite back. This company will eventually give you a lot of problems. My advice steer clear.
