@TalkTalk after 3 wks without my WiFi, it's finally resolved after a new router. The problem was diagnosed as a router problem by CityFibre within 2 days. Yet it took 3 weeks for TalkTalk to post me a replacement router, after countless hours of me chasing. Nad no compensation. Really POOR customer service. Can't wait to leave TalkTalk at the end of my contract. No more!
