I called Avonline Broadband twice after I had a not so great experience with another Tooway reseller, who told me things that turned out not to be correct. They explained everything to me in a lot more detail than other resellers.

Their prices and contacts are also much better than other providers, but I would have signed up with them, even if they were more expensive to be completely honest.

Their sales advisors are extremely knowledgeable about the Tooway satellite broadband offering, and if they didn't know an answer they went and found and actually called me back.

After verifying that the information they gave me was the correct as opposed to what the other reseller had told me, I placed my order with them which was seamless and fast, they even gave me the installation date and time over the phone there and then.

Their engineer arrived on the specified date and early, and installed the dish, then then modem, then added the wireless router I ordered at the same time. Was shown how to connect to everything.

Its been working perfectly since they left.

What more can I say, 5 star service received!!
