Services 10/10 - Finally a company that gives realistic options for internet users, including the uncapped product I am on now.

Support 10/10 - Second to none. Everything I have asked of them has been answered/solved same day.

Speed 10/10 - On the same 8mb DSL MAX I was using with previous supplier but now have much higher speeds.

Cost 10/10 - I believe in you get what you pay for. Other people are (supposedley) paying nothing for broadband but then they often getting nothing. The prices are in line with the level of service you get, which you will find hard to get elsewhere.
