I\'m new to ICUK so I\'m simply reviewing my initial experiences. I had very high expectations having read other reviews and was doubtful that the support could be as good as I hoped. Simply put - it is every bit as good!!!
I can\'t tell you how refreshing it is, actually being able to speak directly to someone who takes an interest and has the knowledge and skill to diagnose problems, rather than having to deal with the call-centre hell I\'ve been used to with other companies(TISCALI just suck!)
There were snags on my installation (due to my equipment) and they solved the problem immediately - I am now online and very happy.
