Had Wannado broadband installed last friday, but had a problem with the wireless connector, rang the technical support, which was useless & suggested it was my exchanges fault and to phone back the next day. Rung again and they told me there was a billing problem & to phone the accounts department. They answered and there was no problem.
In the end, connected without wireless and worked. Speeds for 2mb are good- altohugh evenings can be slower. I\'m on the \"heavy\" service so was pleased to see them removing the 30gb cap but am uncertain about their Fair Usuage Policy and what that may entail in the future. Except customer support all is well
