finally managed to sever the orange/wanadoo connection and cancel our contract only to find out these clowns didnt disconnect us properly and left a marker on our phoneline which prevents getting a connection from any other isp!!!
can it get any worse than this?, problems first setting it up, problems the whole time we had the connection and now problems after we\'ve finally cancelled the contract.
we managed to cancel free of charge after phoning them up one day and unbelieveably getting through to a supervisor(short staffed) who compensated us ?100 for failing to provide the connection we were paying for for over a month!!!
