ive tried various braodband isp\\\'s and hands down orange/wanadoo is by far the worst.

the cheap wireless router provided with the wireless and talk option just stopped working oneday by itself. they said they would send a new one and never did so we lost about 3 weeks.

to start with they didnt supply a dns server address so anyone without the wanadoo wifi reciever couldnt use the internet.

we also had the disconnection problem around xmas but they left us on a slower speed for 6 months (0.2-0.5mbps)

support is completely clueless

changing phone number and reconnection is 20 working days (1 month) with no refund.
