Title: New Plus net ADSL2+ user.
Update...
Now on FTTC (40/20) I get around 23 mbps nearly half the max speed. PN say if I get slower than 15 mbps they will 'look into it' that's slower than ADSL2+! I shall review and think about changing ISP when my contract ends in July 2016.
