PlusNet used to be a small, efficient and friendly ISP...well not any more!! Their customer service is appalling with disingenious and incompetent staff. When overnight my speed halved they arranged for a BT engineer to visit (although threatened this would cost ?150 if no fault was found). He obtained a 7 mbps connection from the exchange compared with just over 2mbps,so was obviously a fault at their end yet according to Plusnet it was due to a problem with my modem. Then they agreed to cease my account from 8th Jan 08 as I\'m living abroad, but cancelled it instead on 13th Dec meaning I had no ADSL over Christmas. You\'ve been warned!! AVOID
