currently with plusnet on 30 day free trial, web browsing is generally ok and p2p apps run fairly well but and it is a big but cs is appalling,if you use the online support you`ll be tearing your hair out waiting for a reply and when you do you`ll wonder why you bothered,phone support is a 30 min wait. plusnet bury their hidden charges deep inside the t and c`s,so when you leave you get a nasty shock.so until they improve their cs and drop their sneaky charges i would avoid.found out today that if you stay with plusnet after the free trial and you leave within 5 years they can charge you for the free trial,not so free after all,got my mac bye
