Title: Need to shape up fast
Support team are good, that's about the only thing I can say for the ISP now. The Service team are rude. Bandwidth caps and terms changes without warning, probably illegal.
They have basically taken their most loyal customers from the last few years and shafted them to get a few more pennies.
Migrating to Zen, feel the karma :)
