This used to be one of the best, but since PlusNet took over its going down hill very fast.

Never had a problem on connections or speed until the take over ... then last week we were 24hours offline due to an admin change that they couldn't be bothered to tell us about. When I called it was obvious they knew instantly that I was one of their customers who were affected and hadn't bothered to do anything about it.

Same with speed. We had 2Mb line at 20:1 and we knew. After the change I'd swear they've put us on a 512 at 50:1.

I've seen enough of PlusNet to know its time to go, I've requested a MAC and I'm leaving. Anyone know where to go?
