Title: Avoid like the plague !!
I switched to Metronet from Plusnet, everything was fine until i received the email saying they'd been bought over by Plusnet. Oh no here we go i though, sure enough within the month my 2MB connection is now more like dial up, they also decided to change my username without telling me. In short avoid like the plague, they're only gonna get worse as they are fully integrated into plusnet\\'s shambles of a network.
