I have been with plusnet for 5 years and F9 before that. Sadly their servcie is rapidly deteriorating in fron of my eyes. First they stopped binary usenet, then started traffic shaping to a horrendous extent and then \\\"unlimited\\\" became limited. 10GIG in peak time is laughable when most other ISPs offer 20-40GIG. P2P and Bittorrent is almost impossible at times. Gaming is alright for me but I do hear complaints.

Customer servcie is appauling. I recommended my fsther-in-law to them and regret that ever since. It has taken over six months to get a refund from them.

If you are a light user, then Plusnet is fine else look elsewhere.
