I\'m posting this to provide balance. I\'ve used PlusNet for 3 years. The connection has been reliable, fast and robust. The service is comprehensive and excellent value. They have quickly provided upgrades as BT have upgraded their capabilities and have provided EXCELLENT status reports as these have progressed.

I HAVE had some problems. I moved house twice in 6 months. The first move was carried out flawlessly. The second was a mess with significant delays. This was at the time of the 8Mb upgrades, which PlusNet admitted were a fiasco. Yes, I moaned, but this does not outweigh an otherwise excellent service.
